Field testing is carried out across Asia Pacific (APAC), Middle-East Africa (MEA), South-East Asia Pacific (SEAP) & Middle-East North Africa (MENA), UK, Australia.
Job Title and location: Test Engineer, Budapest- Hungary
Purpose of the Job & Team
The Field Test Engineer will be responsible for supporting client in performing chipsets testing for live and lab networks. This person will also do the log analysis test, evaluate, and analyze
various SW and HW builds/combinations for LTE and VoLTE products to assess compliance, performance and Operator specifications.
Job Description: Mandatory Skills:
- Should have Good Knowledge/ Experience in Mobile Software testing/Drive Testing/Device Testing/ Field Testing ,
- Good knowledge/Experience in windows Android mobile.
- Should have knowledge on 2G, 3G, 4G Architecture,
- Should have Knowledge of Call Flow (3G Call/Data flow, LTE Call/Data flow)
- Willingness to learn more Telecom Fundamentals.
- Excellent academic and good Communication Skills with presentable personality.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
- Flexible working hours.
Good to have:
- Troubleshooting and debugging of test debugging issues.
- Good to have Android/ Device Architecture, Android Test Frameworks.
- Knowledge of LTE and LTE-A technologies and concepts should have Knowledge of UMTS/WCDMA/GPRS/EDGE.
Required Qualifications
- University Graduate
- Major in Computer Since/ Electrical (Electronic) Engineering.
- Experience Level: Newcomers are preferred
- Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Highly motivated individual, able to set priorities and meet deadlines, and be a strong team player.
- Basic Technical Knowledge of Cellular and PCS Systems.
- Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE & VoLTE
- Knowledge on QXDM and QPST is an added advantage.
- Should be comfortable with Drive Test (Testing in Moving Car) for 5 days/ week.
- Should be able to perform analytic debugging.
- Should be ready to travel with in Greece (on requirement basis)
- Should have acceptable command on Oral and Writing English
