Engineering for People | Design Challenge

Are you a motivated student studying engineering or architecture?

Do you have a reasonable command of English and enjoy collaborating and networking with other students on international projects?

The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, UP, has teamed up with the University of Brunel (UK), MSU Denver (US) and Engineers without Borders (UK), to take part in the Engineering for People Design Challenge. https://www.ewb-uk.org/the-work/design-challenges/engineering-for-people-design-challenge/

This project aims to build a new generation of creative, innovative and globally responsible engineers who can work together to find solutions to the biggest challenges facing our earth.

The Department of Civil Engineering is holding a course to assist students who want to take part in this exciting international project. If this sounds like you, consider signing up for the following course:

Hours per Week: 2 Lectures + 1 Practical /Week

Number of Credits: 3

Programme: Civil Engineering BSc, Architecture BSC

Note: This course is open to architecture and engineering students (including IT, electrical engineers, etc) who have completed at least 2 semesters of their studies and have a good level of English spoken communication.
