Operations Trainee
Our Trainee Programme is a two year long programme designedto help you embark on your journey from graduation to one ofour leaders/experts in the future.
Your support and encouragement will be ensured by:
Your coach – to help you get the most from the programme
Your Line Managers – will work with you on projects and provide help and direction on a daily basis
Operations is an essential business function at British American Tobacco. As a part of this function, you will deepen your understanding in these core areas: Production and Engineering, Leaf, Operations Finance, Quality and Product, Logistics, Utility and Facility.
During the Programme:
- You will gain an understanding of key production processes
- You have the opportunity to develop your professional skills and leadership capabilities with the support of a line manager and a coach
- You are responsible for a challenging project on the given business area
- You receive a constant feedback from your line manager and the colleagues you work with
Our requirements:
- University or College degree in the field of Engineering (maximum 2 years professional experience after you finished university studies)
- Good command of both written and verbal English
- Strong leadership capabilities and personal confidence
- Motivation, will to develop, enthusiasm and adaptability to change
The location of this position is Pécs.
