Stanisław Lem European Research Prize
Dear Researchers,
We cordially invite young scientists at your institution to take part in the second edition of the international competition for Stanisław Lem European Research Prize, organized by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology in Wrocław, Poland.
The competition is open to young scientists aged up to 40 (born in 1982 or later), associated with a university or research centre in an EU or Horizon-associated country and from Switzerland.
Lem Prize is awarded for a recent scientific achievement or discovery made within last 3 years in broadly understood field of science and engineering, with strong elements of technology, interdisciplinarity, creativity and vision.
The competition application along with the required documents must be submitted electronically by September 30, 2022. The winner will be announced on November 15, 2022, during the annual celebrations of Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
The winner will receive a cash prize in the amount of PLN 100,000 (or the equivalent in EUR) and will also be invited to Wrocław to the award ceremony and to deliver a lecture.
